I am a professional IECL Level 1 certified coach and strategic business consultant based in Canmore Alberta, working across Canada and Australia.For 25 years I've worked in media, tourism, hospitality, events and complex corporate landscapes. I've built teams and businesses and seen my share of successes and failures.More importantly, I've sat where you're sitting, if not exactly - close by.I know the unique pressures of rapid change, of building mid-air, high stakes decisions, delicate office politics and the constant balancing act of trying to lead well and deliver - all whilst trying to live an enjoyable life.I know it can feel both lonely and exhilarating when you're the one trying to bring the vision to life and that there are a million ways to approach a single challenge. I've found it's often not the first idea that is the best and that "let's try it" is almost always a good plan.My background is business and my professional education is in psychology and evidenced - based coaching. My coaching style encourages development through considering multiple perspectives, identifying client strengths and exploring ways through challenge.

Session Format - Sessions are 60 minutes duration and held virtually via a secure video link.Frequency - Most clients begin with fortnightly sessions. This provides momentum and breathing room to put your actions into practice between sessions.Between Session Support - Clients have access to real time troubleshooting for pre or post meeting prep/debriefs (like gearing up for a difficult conversation or performance review) included in the fee.Foundational Coaching | $500Ideal for those seeking focused, one-on-one support to navigate specific challenges.
Format: 3 x 60-minute one-on -one virtual coaching sessions.Progression Coaching | $1,650An extended engagement focused on identifying inherent strengths and driving fulfilling growth.
Format: 10 x 60-minute one-on-one virtual sessions.Clients receive
Coaching Agreement outlining focus areas for the sessions
Tax Invoice - Where coaching has direct business relevance to the client, Coaching can be claimed by sole traders as a business expense.
Feedback Form to provide constructive feedback on what worked well or did not in the session.
